The Benefits of Water You Drink Will Not Lost, If You Wisely Choose the Bottles You Use

Not eating all day, maybe you can still survive. But if you do not drink all day, you can faint. Drinks are vital for a healthy body. Instead of dehydration, you bring a bottle of mineral water to anywhere. This bottle is certainly not only filled by drinking water from home, because sometimes you also buy drinks while traveling. Well, when you buy water outside this drink, you often save the bottle and use it many times.
Though not all bottles can actually refill your drink, you know. Using a bottle of water that should be only one use can actually make you sick. Well, before it happens, you should read the code listed on the back of your bottle. Hipwee's explanation of the code issued by The Society of Plastic Industry (SPI) in 1998 in the United States can be your reference. Check it out fine.

1. Bottle drink is coded 1 with PET / PETE description

The bottle coded 1 with PET / PETE information as in the picture means that the bottle you use is made of Ethylene Terephalate Polyethylene. Typically, this type of bottle is clear and transparent. If the encoded bottle is recharged too often let alone filled with warm water, the chemical layer of PET becomes easily melted and produces carcinogenic substances (cancer triggers) that are harmful to health.
Carcinogenic substances that are released and mixed with your water will disrupt your hormonal balance. The most dangerous is the risk of cancer lurking. So if you want to be healthy in the future, from now on make sure you use once 1 bottle coded with PET / PETE.

2. Bottle coded with HDPE information

Description HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) which is accompanied by number 2 in the form of triangle this means this bottle is made from high grade Polyethylene chemicals. This makes the packaging can withstand hot temperatures, strong, safe funds used for food and beverages. However, this type of bottle is almost similar to PET code - it is not recommended to use as a daily drinking bottle that you refill.
One component of the chemical compound antimony trioxide in it can be released and mixed in water if you fill it repeatedly. And this compound can disrupt the respiratory system. So make sure you do not use as a bottle drink everyday.

3. Bottle coded 3 with PVC / P description

Drinking water is a good thing for health, but also can not be careless. If one chooses plastic bottles that are used, your health might be threatened, one of them by using plastic 3-coded bottle with P or PVC. This bottle is made of polyvinyl chloride which is not good if used as food or beverage wrappers.
This is because the PVC contains compounds DEHA (di-2-ethylhexyl adipate) which easily react with food and beverages. So do not be surprised if the chemicals even swallowed that can interfere with the kidneys. Well, if you want to get the benefits of drinking mineral water, be sure not to use this coded bottle.

4. Bottle coded 4 with LPDE information

Actually, the company has been kind enough to give a clear statement on the packaging. So as a consumer, you must be good at reading the code given. If the bottle you are using is number 4 in triangle with LPDE description, that means Low Density Polyethylene.
Usually, the bottle will be textured soft, but resilient, safe and not easily react with food. So this bottle is safe to use for food and drink. Well, you can choose this bottle as a place to drink everyday.

5. Bottle coded 5 with description PP

Want to drink water with the same bottle over and over again without worrying about chemicals? You can select a 5-bottle drinking bottle with a description of PP. This bottle is made of a polypropylene chemical compound, which is usually lighter but still strong. In addition chemicals are also not easily mixed with water and resistant to heat. So you do not have to worry about drinking contaminated if you fill it over and over again. Good health and benefits from airpun you can get.

6. Bottle coded 6 with a description of PS

Did you find a container of drinks coded 6? It would be nice if you do not use again using it repeatedly if it is concerned with health.
These containers are made of the polystyrene chemicals commonly used to make buckets, basins, and sterofoams. Well, chemicals in this encoded bottle easily react with food, and can release styrene compounds. If this compound dissolves in water it can lead to hormonal, nervous system, and cancer disorders. So better do not this bottle for drinks or used over and over again. Make sure you pay attention to the code behind it.

7. The plastic bottle is coded 7 without any description

You found code 7 on your drink bottle? This shows that the chemicals used to make your bottle are among these: styrene acrylonitrile (SAN), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), polycarbonate (PC), and nylon. But the outside appearance is rather difficult to distinguish because there is no clearer explanation.
Compound SAN or ABS is not too easy to escape and make drinks become contaminated with chemicals. But if that is used is the type of polycarbonate and nylon, then you should avoid it because the chemical compounds can be released and damage hormones. It also affects chromosomes and immunity. Well, make sure you know the ingredients that make your drink bottle is yes. If still in doubt, just throw away the bottle instead of sick for a few years.
Healthy living is one of them by drinking lots of water. Well, before your drinking water is not contaminated with chemicals, make sure you pay attention to plastic bottles of mineral water that you use.

    1. Carcinogenic substances are substances that cause cancer. The substance causes changes in body cells and the changes are very fast and consequently the cells fail to grow perfectly and the cancer appears.
